Well-Being
Well-being is a state of being happy and healthy. It is a state in which a person is healthy in terms of their physical, emotional, spiritual, social and intellectual states. Attaining this state requires a lot of effort and guidance too. It cannot be attained purely by intention.
This new section of Abouther is an endeavour in the direction of combining intention with guidance. It intends to provide the reader with a helping hand to get to the state of well-being. To do this Abouther joins hands with Ma Earth Botanicals, a company committed to wellness inspired by nature to help each one of us to get to the healthier and happier state.
