Borders in Dubai is a franchisee of the global book, music and movie retailers Borders Group which has its origins in USA. So it isn’t an indie bookstore but a part of a chain of stores currently existing in many countries across the world. It is known worldwide for its vast selection of books, unique shopping experience and strong ties to communities. Apart from books the store also offers music, stationary, magazines, newspapers and toys.
