Quick Peanut Butter Ramen with Greens | Cozy Soupy Noodles Recipe

Ingredients:

    • Instant Noodles Pak
    • Peanut Butter
    • Chilli Paste
    • Chicken Stock
    • Broccoli (blanched)
    • Spinach

Method

  1. Seperate your seasoning from the ramen noodle packets
  2. In a bowl mix together peanut butter, chilli paste , ramen seasonings
  3. Boil your ramen noodles
  4. Blanch the vegetables
  5. Heat up your stock
  6. In a bowl add the peanut butter chilli paste mix, arrange the vegetables, noodles and pour in the stock
  7. Add coriander as a topping
